John W. Findlay

John W. Findlay

John Findlay is a graduate of McGill University and the University of Toronto Law School.

He is member of the Law Society of Upper Canada having been called to the bar in 1980.

Mr. Findlay has extensive experience in commercial litigation having prosecuted cases on behalf of plaintiffs involving shareholders' rights, oppression, libel and slander, professional negligence, disability insurance, personal injury and maritime claims.

Mr. Findlay has conducted trials and appeared on appeals at all levels of the Ontario courts.

Margaret L. McCarthy

Margaret McCarthy is a graduate of McMaster University and Queen's University Law School.

She is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada having been called to the bar in 1981.

Ms. McCarthy is former counsel of the Hamilton-Wentworth Children's Aid Society and has extensive trial experience in both matrimonial and commercial matters.
